Job Details
This position focuses on the management of HR and office operations including staff selection and recruitment, staff onboarding and administration of performance management. The position requires expertise in preparing HR letters and reports in line with HR policies procedures and processes; and the responsibility of office administration and executive assistant to the firm. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, self-motivated, and collaborative. Capable of engaging effectively with teams, office leadership, clients, and the partners of Sketch Studio.

Key Responsibilities
a. Administration of performance management process by identifying skills gaps to support company strategies, plans and growth projects.
b. Carry out new hires pre-employment background checks, coordinate medical tests, social media checks and any other relevant checks as guided by internal policies.
c. Coordinate the team building programs, track probation periods and oversee confirmation of staff as per HR procedures and guidelines.
d. Prepare and maintain proper reports and records following job evaluation exercises, reorganization/restructuring, and redundancy programs and roles.
e. Prepare HR letters as per staff requests in line with HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
f. Prepare appointment letters following advertisements, follow through for acknowledgements and system updates.
g. Management of Customer complaints & resolution as per the service standards charter.
h. Office administration through attending customer queries, maintain office etiquette and follow up on procurement of office facilities.
Daily Responsibilities
a. Organization of office records and correspondences.
b. Provide update reports on HR and administration activities as required on an ongoing basis.
c. People Management and development.
d. Front Office Management of customer and employee queries
e. Follow up on office amenities and close on administration issues
The Person
a. Must have bachelor’s degree in a HR Management or Human Resource field from an institution recognized by Commission for University Education
b. Possession of professional qualification in HR/Administration will be an added advantage
c. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite will be an added advantage (Excel, PP)
d. Have at least 2 Years of relevant experience
